ECLAT’s coding and management services have been a great benefit to Orlando Health and has allowed  us to maintain the DNFB within compliance. The quality and turnaround time expectations have exceeded my expectations and more importantly, the last minute need on specific occasions have been provided by ECLAT Services.

Just recently, our Information Services Department reviewed several Coding Vendor proposals for a need to have ICD 9 mapping to ICD 10 mapping on a specific application, and our IS Department chose Eclat. Successful completion of this project allowed Orlando Health to move forward with the scheduling of the EMR’s upgrade.

We have enjoyed our relationship with ECLAT.  They are responsive and acknowledge correspondence.  Turn-around is excellent, usually the next day.  They always help us out when we’re in a bind, even with short or little notice and their partnership provides stability to the coding department during team absences and fluctuations in census.
